Creating Schematics for Arduino

Creating Schematics For Arduino Projects

By Timothy Coyle

At some point in any embedded design project you are going to need (or want) to create schematics for documentation purposes. Usually you create schematics in your PCB layout tool but when working with the Arduino you may not be creating full PCB boards so the Fritzing tool can help you out. Fritzing is actually a full tool that allows you to create schematics, a breadboard view, and can also do full PCB layout.

This is a free tool (and I think open source) that has built in components for Arduino and other popular develpment platforms that makes it really easy to create schematics for your projects.
